Feds Cover Up Local Police Abuses
In a very strange story that seems to have been changing as we watched and covered by the prestigious Boston Herald, Fox News, CNN, Moscow Times, ABC, New Zealand Herald, WPXI Pittsburgh, Huffington Post, et al et cetera.
The Centre Daily Times wrote that Vladislav Miftakhov "case was initially in state court" but then again strangely "local prosecutors" in a country known for strict law and order prosecutions "said Thursday those charges will be dropped now that federal authorities have filed charges." ***
